Key Responsibilities and Tasks

The primary purpose of a Consultant is to deliver high performance to help clients to achieve business success. The consultant will be responsible for having knowledge and experience in multiple businesses and IT offerings with the experience to help identify and define project scope and achieve planned outcomes. A consultant is expected to be comfortable working at all levels of the organization and with various stakeholders including the leadership team.

Experience and Language Requirements

• 5+ years experience with minimum of 2 years in either IT consulting / professional services environment

• Exposure to business and IT in implementation, administration, or other supporting roles for business process designing and software solutions

• Experience developing workshop material, training material, or requirements gathering sessions with business and system stakeholders

• Ability to act with speed to understand requirements, create corresponding solutions, and willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to deliver successful projects

• Business Level English and Fluent in Japanese (N2 and higher)

Education

Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology)

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

The primary purpose of the Business Development Executive is to achieve our revenue goal. Business Development Executive will be responsible to identify and qualify opportunities, and developing and driving its sales strategy.

Experience and Language Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales and business development

• Experience selling to C-Suite executives

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven capacity to build strong relationships and close business with partners

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally

• Self-motivated, have strong self-management skills, and should demonstrate basic leadership qualities

• Proven track record of target achievement

Education

Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology)
